When the seatbelt is pulled out and fastened, the belt's retraction spring may cause pressure on the body, leading to discomfort. This device is designed to alleviate that feeling of pressure. After the seatbelt is pulled out, the solenoid is energized, causing the lever to engage with the stopper, preventing the retraction of the belt reel.
