[Solenoid Application Example] Vehicle Belt Locking Device
An example of applying SDC-type solenoids to the seat belt locking mechanism.
When the seatbelt is pulled out and fastened, the belt's retraction spring may cause pressure on the body, leading to discomfort. This device is designed to alleviate that feeling of pressure. After the seatbelt is pulled out, the solenoid is energized, causing the lever to engage with the stopper, preventing the retraction of the belt reel. If you wish to stop using the seatbelt and store it, deactivating the solenoid will allow the lever to rise due to the force of the spring along with the movable iron core, causing the stopper to rotate in the direction of the arrow, and the seatbelt will be wound up and stored in the belt reel. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
